Welcome to Wisteria Consulting! I have worked with small business owners and their teams for nearly 20 years. For the past six of those years, I have worked directly with business owners and their core leadership in a business advisory capacity.
In 2020, the landscape of the business world changed and I adapted with it. Out of the evolving needs of business owners, Wisteria Consulting was born.
I now work virtually with my clients to determine the vision and direction of their company, to define and achieve their goals, and to teach teams how to have productive meetings with built-in accountability for tasks and goals.
